Raw material Inspection : - Inspection of raw material has to be done as per requirement &schedule fixed.

Inspection during production : - Inspection of the molding, fabrication, galvanizing & machining has to be done to minimize the rejection & quality production.

Pre dispatch inspection : - A pre dispatch inspection has to be done after assembly or production of the products to ensure proper fitment of all the accessories.

Drawings & Test Certificates : - All the Drawings & Test Certifications will be provided with the machine. We also provide Engineers to commission the machine.



We are manufacturing and providing following services:

1- Glove Box : The Glove Box is used for charging the raw material into the reactor under nitrogen inert atmosphere. It ensure safe operation of material charging & need not to open Reactor man hole to charge the Material

Glove Box consists of Gloves, Sight Glass, Light Glass, and powder charging cover along with vacuum, Nitrogen, solvent washing Nozzles.

A Material unloading nozzle is there to unload the material into the reactor with isolator valves.

Glove Box is very useful Product for dispensing of powder/API into the reactor/Bin. It makes powder charging operation safer in presence of Nitrogen.

The product is provided with all GMP documents like DQ, IQ and OQ.

2- Nautsche FilterPressure Nutsche Filter is used to filter salts catalyst carbon etc. in API and chemical industries. It consists of vertical vessel and horizontal leaf which allows fast and easy cake discharge and facilitates un-interrupted flow. Multiple processes like washing and drying can be performed in same vessel.

Pressure Nutsche filter can handle variety of flow rates and solid loading that can be discharged in dry and scurried form. It is a ideal product for Lab, Pilot and batch application.

3- Condensers: The condenser acts as a heat exchanger where exchange of heat occurs between Solvent and cold circulating water. In this system, heat rejection at atmospheric temperature takes place by condensing exhaust steam from prime mover. The condensate can be reused as Solvent Recovery. There are wide applications in Food Process Industry, Pharmaceutical industry, Power Generation, Hydraulic and Industrial Process, Mining & Construction Industry.

4- Reactor: A chemical reactor is an enclosed volume in which a chemical reaction takes place. In chemical engineering, it is generally understood to be a process vessel used to carry out a chemical reaction, which is one of the classic unit operations in chemical process analysis. The design of a chemical reactor deals with multiple aspects of chemical engineering.  Lab reactors are the ultimate systems when it comes to optimizing and reproducing chemical reaction, mixing, dispersing, and homogenization processes on a lab scale. The lab reactors can be individually customized to perform numerous tasks. Single-walled or double-walled vessels made from borosilicate glass or stainless steel is available, each with or without bottom discharge valve.

Reactors are designed as per requirement. These are available in jacketed, non-jacketed, filled with puff. The facilities available with this reactor are Temperature controller, RPM controller, Level Controller, Lever Controller with indicator.
The Nozzles are to be provided for pouring of different mix and unloading the final product. It is available in SS 304, SS 316, SS 316 L, PVC lined, PTFE lined, Rubber lined and alloy steel etc.

5- Halar Coating : Halar is nothing but a brand name for ECTFE (Ethylene Chlorotrifluoroethylene). It is a fluorocarbon based fluoropolymer, a kind of plastic. It provides high impact strength, chemical and corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range of -76?C to 150?C.
Coatings made from HALAR provide excellent chemical resistance and electrical properties to equipment’s that are operating at the temperatures up to 300?. These are best suited for full vacuum applications.

  • It is resistant to corrosion, again with the same wide temperature range.

6- Metal Coating(HVOF) High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coating is a thermal spray coating process used to improve or restore a component’s surface properties or dimensions, thus extending equipment life by significantly increasing erosion and wear resistance, and corrosion protection. Molten or semi-molten materials are sprayed onto the surface by means of the high temperature, high-velocity gas stream, producing a dense spray coating which can be ground to a very high surface finish. The utilization of the HVOF coating technique allows the application of coating materials such as metals, alloys, and ceramics to produce a coating of exceptional hardness, outstanding adhesion to the substrate material and providing substantial wear resistance and corrosion protection.
